The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive and passionate Account Manager to join our dynamic team and focus on SaaS solutions within the UK market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to drive growth, and maintains the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: You will act as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, lead generation, and technical teams to develop comprehensive client strategies. Your insights will be crucial in tailoring our offerings to meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Leveraging your market insights and our cutting-edge solutions, you’ll help expand our client base and contribute to our continued growth.
  • Client Satisfaction: You will ensure exceptional service at every touchpoint. You will gather feedback, address concerns, and implement continuous improvement strategies to keep our clients happy and engaged.
  • Travel: While this role offers the flexibility of remote work, you’ll also have the opportunity to travel to clients and partners, fostering relationships and gaining deep insights into their operations.

  • Salary: £25k-£35k, depending on experience, with the opportunity to double your earnings through our OTE scheme.

  • You’re adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment, always ready to tackle new challenges and seize opportunities.
  • You’re willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
